Plant Shipping Information

Shipping Schedule

To ensure your plants arrive healthy and fresh, we ship Monday through Wednesday only. Orders placed Thursday through Sunday will be shipped the following week.

Shipping Methods

We offer USPS shipping with multiple delivery options. Because plants are living things, we strongly recommend a faster shipping method to minimize time in transit:

• USPS Priority Mail Express – Fastest option; best for delicate or sensitive plants
• USPS Priority Mail – Recommended for most plant orders (1–3 business days)
• USPS Ground Advantage – Most economical, but not recommended for live plants due to longer transit times that can stress or damage plants

Packaging

All plants are carefully packaged to protect them during transit. We use secure packaging materials to ensure your plants arrive in excellent condition. All plants are watered within 1–2 days of shipping.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Delivery

Please be available to receive your plant delivery. We recommend being home when your plants arrive so you can bring them inside promptly.

Once Home

Unpack your plant immediately and place it in a sunny spot. Check whether it needs water, and give it a little time to settle into its new home. 🌿
