Shipping policy
Thank you for using Little Leaf Greenery for your plant needs!
Processing and Shipping Times:
- Orders will be shipped Monday-Wednesdsay. Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped the following week. This is to ensure plants do not sit at the UPS office longer than necessary.
- There are three shipping options to choose from via UPS. Please choose accordingly if you are ordering plants. Most plants will appreciate the 1-3 day travel time :)
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package used, weight, number of items and location of destination.
- Once the order is fulfilled, you will recieve a confirmation email.
Shipping Locations:
- Domestic shipping only at this time
Tracking Information:
- Tracking information is provided via email once the order is processed. The estimated time of delivery is based on when the order is picked up from the carrier, not when the order is placed.
Delivery:
- We use protective materials to help ensure your plants are not damaged during transit. However, accidents happen even with the best precautions.
- Please take your plants out of the box as soon as possible. Give them a few weeks to acclimate to their new home before you re-pot.
Damage and/or Lost Shipment:
- Please contact us at thelittleleafgreenery@gmail.com within 24 hours if you believe your plant is damaged. Please send clear photos of the plant(s) and packing slip. We will work with you to make sure you have the best experience however, bent stems or broken leaves can be unavoidable in the shipping process.
- We do our best to assist you if your order should be delayed or lost. Please reach out!
